1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, services, or engaging with Friday Film House Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Friday Film House Private Limited provides creative film production, video content creation, digital marketing, and related services. The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate agreement or quotation.

3. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership of Work

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. However, Friday Film House Private Limited retains the right to use the work for portfolio purposes, promotional materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

b. Raw Footage & Project Files

Unless otherwise agreed, raw footage, project files, and working materials remain the property of Friday Film House Private Limited.

c. Third-Party Content

If the project includes stock footage, music, or third-party assets, the client must ensure they have proper licensing for continued use. Friday Film House Private Limited is not responsible for unauthorized use of licensed content.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary information, materials, and access required for project completion.
• Ensure timely feedback and approvals to avoid delays.
• Obtain necessary permissions for locations, talent releases, and intellectual property usage.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where legally required.

6. Fees and Payments

a. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

b. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: A percentage of the total fee may be required before project commencement.
• Milestone Payments: For larger projects, payments may be structured based on milestones.
• Final Payment: Due before delivery of final files.

c. Late Payments

Overdue payments may incur interest or result in delayed project delivery.

d. Refunds

Payments made are generally non-refundable, except in cases where Friday Film House Private Limited fails to deliver services as agreed.

7. Cancellations & Delays

a. Client Cancellation

If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, advance payments are non-refundable, and additional charges may apply for work completed.

b. Project Delays

Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals, missing content) may result in revised timelines or additional costs. Friday Film House Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, illness).

8. Limitation of Liability

Friday Film House Private Limited is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Issues arising from third-party services, platforms, or deliverables.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

9. Use of Likeness

By participating in or commissioning a project, clients and individuals consent to the use of their likeness, voice, and materials in Friday Film House Private Limited's promotional content unless otherwise stated in writing.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (e.g., hosting platforms, editing software, stock libraries) to deliver projects. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services beyond our control.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If Friday Film House Private Limited terminates due to client breach (e.g., non-payment, unethical requests), all outstanding fees remain payable.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.

13. Amendments

Friday Film House Private Limited reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
